Packing/shipping
Our products are always packed in corrugated boxes to make sure they arrive to its destination in the best conditions. We add cushion inside the box so the bouquet does not get damaged in transportation. Processing time takes about 1-3 days, then we ship orders through USPS Priority Mail which takes approximately 3-4 days.

Refund Policy:
If you decide to cancel your order it would have to be within 24 hrs of placing your order. After delivered if there is a problem with your order contact us within 24 hrs with pictures of the product .
